My mission is to support transition of humanity to the next level of evolutionary development. To help our planetary civilization to grow more mature, conscious and caring for each other and our planet. For this I believe we could design and launch what I call a Unifying Project for All of Humanity based on meritonomics approach and other approaches from LCE cofounders.

Within this larger framework I also hope to do everything in my power to ensure the transition of civilization to the next stage of development peacefully, without the use of “technology” that humans unfortunately often used in such circumstances - called war. I know that there are cofounders at LCE engaged in various peace initiatives and I greatly appreciate this work.

Our ultimate goal is to reorganize the social fabric in such a way that life can manifest itself in all of its diversity without the need for some to win over others; we can do it together.

A technology that can provide an evolutionary leap in collective consciousness, which helps us to know ourselves even better both at the individual and collective level, is called Meritonomics. Developed and tested by my team during the bottom-up experiment, it can strengthen every public initiative on Earth.

In teams and companies that I create, I usually play the role of evangelist and strategic director. I am good at top-level ideological and strategic communications with partners. My talents include storytelling, sharing transformational stories, inspiring large groups and individuals to develop and participate in a common cause. When it is necessary to create a new dimension in human consciousness - yes, I am up for this task.

Since 2003, I was actively involved leading charitable, volunteer and other social projects. In particular, “Cloudwatcher”, a lab for social innovations, a nonprofit project founded by me realized many initiatives in partnership with the largest corporations. As a result, almost 100 non-profits in 50+ cities and millions of people received financial aid and practical support through our “mutual assistance exchange” system.

Yet, the most important achievement was our experiment co-funded by the UN Foundation - which confirmed the hypothesis that the “Economy of Merit” (a concept developed and implemented by us) leads to a 10-fold increase in social engagement in a city. We ran this project in a suburb city with 30 thousand inhabitants around 2012 and within 2 years saw volunteer engagement increasing from 1% of local population to 51%.

After this fantastic result, it took years to understand what exactly caused this success and how the principle of merit could transform the nature of social processes and support social evolution. We realized that Merits could be digitalized and used as a manifest part of social capital. Also, this discovery or revelation could become a foundation for a large-scale social experiment that puts care and cooperation in the center of social interaction.

I described those findings in a book called “Meritterra and Meritonomics”, and we’ve developed a set of algorithms, concepts, social and management technologies that allow to see the movement of “social energy” differently - and also to capture it in a digital form and to make it serve society so that everyday socio-economic interaction contributes to the development of the spirit, awareness and inner maturity of human beings.

Transforming lives of people in 10.000 cities seem like a good objective for years to come.
